The Purchasing Office is responsible for facilitating and supporting the college community in the procurement of goods and services in compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines of the City University of New York (University), State of New York and the City of New York. Its efforts are on obtaining the best value available in the marketplace by optimizing each procurement in terms of price, quality and product support. Additionally, establishing Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) participation goals on procurements as required by law and University policy.
